You may ask why I became a celebrant, and more to the point what makes me good at it, after all, you are going to want your occasion led by somebody that is focused and passionate about what they do.As a former nurse, and primary teacher, I have a passion to work with others and to build relationships. I feel a massive sense of fulfilment in helping people achieve their goals and there is none greater than to help create your unique and wonderful celebration. I write with flair and passion, and whether you crave tradition or informal light humour for your day, I am able to tailor a script to fit you like a glove.
Whatever the occasion, and however you wish it to be, I will listen to you, work with you and create a ceremony around you. It may be quirky, humorous, romantic, nostalgic. You may have grand ideas of where your ceremony will take place (except sky-diving or swimming with sharks, that's perhaps my limit!) and of who will be involved in it. My task is to bring your ideas, however gigantic they may seem, to life. I will work with you to carve out, and create the ceremony you deserve.
I have experienced less than perfect weddings and funerals in my life. A mistake at an important time can feel absolutely devastating to a family, and are inexcusable. These celebrations are hugely important, they happen only once, and so should be absolutely spot on, I pride myself in taking the time and care of getting to know my clients and executing the best ceremony possible every time. I will be your guide, your support and your fan club throughout the ceremony and beyond.
